For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrectsize, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.
Products sold in SALE areeligible for onlysize exchanges with ₹ 200/- reverse shipping fee and can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect.
Time
The Whole process of Exchanges can take upto 7-10 working days.
Customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after picking up their order, after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate the exchanges.

These Exchange days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.
Note
It is mandatory for customers to share a video of unboxing the product right after the said delivery is received to check the authenticity of the claim / exchange request for wrong product/ size/ color/ others. This will ensure a smooth exchange and hassle free rapid response from our quality checking team.
Exchanges must be raised within 3 days of delivery after that they will not be entertained.
The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges via email and text message at the phone number and email provided by the customer.
